The entire point of the mode is to murder enemies as fast as possible, and that’s also the best way to level things up. High level enemies constantly spawning in, tiny rooms, no need to go anywhere… it’s an affinity heaven. The Slightly Less Obvious: Elite Sanctuary OnslaughtĮlite Sanctuary Onslaught is amazing when it comes to getting Affinity. Now though, all Corpus maps are absolutely HUGE! The only small Corpus map remaining is one of the Corpus Outpost maps on Venus (the one with the two buildings next to it), and you’ve only got a 1/3 chance of getting it. Both Io and the indoor Corpus Ship map used to be pretty damn good for getting Affinity, because they were also tiny maps.
However, I used to be able to recommend Corpus maps. Speed and efficiency are the way to go, and these tiny Grineer maps have that in spades.
This makes killing the Grineer quick and easy. The Grineer all spawn pretty damn close to the objective, and many Warframes can easily cover the whole map with their abilities. What makes these maps so good isn’t so much the fact that they have a lot of enemies. So does Helene, with the small downside of the Grineer being a few levels lower. Between the faction, tiny map and the high enemy density, Hydron funnels affinity to you. There’s very little that can beat Hydron. The Obvious: Sedna’s Hydron and Saturn’s Helene Luckily, there are some hot spots where you can level things up more quickly. In fact, there’s over 800 items that can be leveled up! And after a while, you kinda get tired of leveling things up. And amps, Archwings, Necramechs… The list goes on. Not just the titular Warframes themselves, but guns and pets and swords as well.
But most of this game is about leveling up new gear. Sure, there’s a small part of it that’s about skateboard grinding. Your affinity's base damage is at 125%, every point of Critical Boost will increase your Critical damage and it'll give a flat 40% bonus damage to all attacks if you get a 100% affinity rate.Warframe is a game about grinding. Increased attack and affinity when a monster is enraged Increased Affinity for your first draw attack Increases Affinity and Decreases affinity after a period of time has passed or after taking enough damage from a monster. Increases Affinity (needs to be at least level 4)

Affinity game how to#
How to Raise Affinity Equip Affinity Raising Skills A different skill called Critical Element and True Critical Element is required to make elemental attacks critically strike too. The damage boost does not include the bonus damage you get from elemental strikes. Critical strikes makes you deal 25% more damage and a negative critical strike makes you lose 25% damage. Each strike will have a chance to do bonus damage depending on your affinity with 100% being the soft cap (it can go further but doing so gives it less value). What is Affinity A Chance to Deal Bonus DamageĪffinity is the game's version of critical chance.
